Dance With Suze

Hi, my name is Suze DeArmond.  I trained in classical ballet with Martha Knight of Bakersfield Ballet Theatre for 20+ years.  I would like to thank my parents for putting me in ballet classes for all those years... not only did the classes cost a pretty penny but also those pointe shoes, costumes, and dance uniforms (tights and leotards) added up!  Then there's the time spent taking me to and from class/rehearsals, sewing ballet slippers and repairing costumes!  Why go through all that hassle?  Because I not only got an education in a 600 year old art form, but I learned about organization, structure, problem solving, social skills, and how to dance as well!
