Ballet, Barre, Bodybalance, Zumba and Swing!

Staying active is one of the best things we can do for health... and taking a dance class is an easy way to stay active and learn something new!
Social dancing is a great way to meet people and stay active at the same time! For the most part, swing dancing involves two people dancing together (one leads and one follows) and most importantly, the music inspires the dancers to make connections with each other as well as the song.

Classical ballet is a traditional art form that has been practiced and performed since the 15th Century. Ballet classes are traditionally taken by children starting at a very young age, but ballet can be accessible to adults as well! See my "ballet" page for more info.

A Ballet Barre is traditionally used in part of a ballet class, but we use a barre for support in a fitness format called "Barre" which incorporates Yoga, Pilates, and ballet-like forms of movement to get a great total body workout.

Zumba Fitness is a format of fitness that incorporates forms of dance from all over the world. Some examples are Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, and more! Check out my "Zumba" page for more info.
